Hana Shewaye Kidane is a nurse and teacher dedicated to student well-being and development. She combines her healthcare knowledge and teaching experience to create a positive impact in her community. As a member of the ACC Ethiopian Advisory Board, she is passionate about advancing inclusive education and creating better opportunities for children and teachers in the community.

Eyerusalem Bayou
Eyerusalem Bayou lives in Bishoftu, Ethiopia, and currently works at Interlakes International School as a Management Assistant and HR professional. In her free time, she enjoys walking, swimming, and riding bikes.
She is passionate about supporting family life, especially for full-time ministers, and hopes to become a trainer in the future. Eyerusalem values honesty, kindness, and resilience, and strives to encourage and help others in both her personal and professional life.
Eyerusalem believes education is the key to opening closed doors and that every child deserves the opportunity to learn. She is honored to serve on the ACC Ethiopian Advisory Board and believes the organization plays a vital role in shaping children’s futures because investing in children means investing in the next generation.
